Gas Extraction and Flaring Control

Traditionally, landfill gas plants fall into one of two categories. Many units were badly designed and constructed, leading to poor reliability and erratic operation. At the other extreme, some systems are over engineered and prohibitively expensive.

At Landfill Systems, all gas extraction and flare systems are bespoke. They are designed for the individual application and constructed to meet the specification in full, without unnecessary cost. All units are designed and built in accordance with the latest Environment Agency recommendations. We have manufactured gas plants and flare stacks across a range of input rates from only 100 cu.m/hour to over 3000 cu.m/hour. Our expertise covers systems for flaring and venting together with units incorporating full gas delivery pressure control systems, suitable for gas supply to support power generation.
